I want to begin by stating that I take pride in helping my clients feel their best. During my massage sessions, I make sure to listen to your needs and concerns, carefully tailoring each session with compassion and attention.

I studied holistic therapeutic massage at Educating Hands in Miami, FL, and furthered my education at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, AZ. Additionally, I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from ASU.

My massage style combines elements of trigger point, deep tissue, and intentional massage techniques.

Though I believe my unique touch reflects the diverse knowledge gained from my teachers, mentors, and colleagues. I am dedicated to helping you achieve balance and restore well-being to your body.
